How do I get started?

Simply call us or fill out our booking form online. Once all your details have been recorded we’ll send you your storage agreement via email or SMS. When you’ve signed the storage agreement you’ll receive your individual gate access code for the electronic gate. This code will allow you access to your unit. You can now come and go as you please.

What can't I put into storage?

Flammable goods, dangerous goods, perishable goods, stolen goods, illegal goods or environmentally harmful goods.

Are Storage Units Secure?

Yes at Side By Side Storage our storage units are very secure! Our storage facilities have been design with security of your belongings front of mind. Our 24hr CCTV and lighting provides comfort at night when storing your goods. Combine this with the individually alarmed units, electric gate access and all customers accessing the facility via their individual access PIN code. We know who comes and goes at all hours to give others peace of mind.

The goods you have stored in your Self Storage space are yours and remain your sole responsibility to insure. We recommend arranging insurance whilst goods are in storage, as your goods insurance are not covered by Side By Side Storage.

Is there a minimum storage period?

There is a one month minimum charge, but you can take storage for as little as one day if you like. We ask for 14 days notice for move out.
